Welcome to Rooted Little Luxuries. By purchasing from our website, booking a rental, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Policies. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory.

Accepted payment methods may include major credit/debit cards, digital payment platforms, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

Gift Bundles & Individual Little Luxuries

Our gift bundles and individual little luxuries are thoughtfully curated and may include seasonal or limited-availability items. Product colors, packaging, florals, and presentation details may vary slightly from photos while maintaining the overall style and value of the item ordered.

If an included item becomes unavailable, Rooted Little Luxuries may substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value when appropriate. If a substantial substitution is necessary, we will contact you before shipping your order.

For safety and hygiene reasons, please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have allergy concerns, sensitivities, or questions about any included product, please contact us before placing your order.

Soft Play Rental Policies

Rooted Little Luxuries offers a neutral 10x10 soft play rental for birthdays, baptisms, baby showers, family gatherings, and meaningful celebrations for little ones.

Full-service rentals include local delivery, setup, breakdown, pickup, and cleaning, unless stated otherwise. Rooted Little Luxuries joyfully serves Ocean & Monmouth County, NJ within a 20-mile radius of our home base. Events outside of this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional travel fee.

Self-pickup may be available for select local rentals at a lower rate. Self-pickup rentals require the customer to pick up, transport, set up, break down, and return all equipment safely.

All soft play rentals require a signed rental agreement and nonrefundable security deposit before the rental date is confirmed.

Each rental is thoughtfully prepared, carefully cleaned, and prayed over before becoming part of your celebration.

Set up and Surface Requirements

Soft play must be placed on a clean, flat, dry surface. Outdoor setups are permitted only when weather and ground conditions are safe.

We do not set up on rocks, mud, wet grass, uneven ground, or any surface that may damage the equipment or create a safety concern.

For full-service rentals, the setup area must be cleared and ready before arrival. Rooted Little Luxuries reserves the right to decline or adjust setup if the area is unsafe, unprepared, or unsuitable for soft play.

Rental Period

Rental pricing is based on the agreed rental period listed in your invoice or booking confirmation. Additional fees may apply for late returns or extended rental use.

Use & Safety

For safety purposes:

  • Adult supervision is required at all times during use of rental equipment.

  • Equipment must be used only as intended and on safe, level surfaces.

  • Shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, face paint, slime, glitter, confetti poppers, and similar materials are prohibited on soft play equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse rental if conditions are unsafe.

Weather Policy

Outdoor soft play rentals are weather dependent. Soft play cannot be set up in rain, high winds, wet ground conditions, mud, or unsafe weather.

If unsafe weather is expected, Rooted Little Luxuries will work with the customer to move the rental indoors, reschedule when possible, or adjust the rental plan.

Deposits, payments, and rescheduling options are subject to the terms listed in the rental agreement.

Damage Responsibility

Customers are financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including excessive staining, misuse, missing items, or damage caused by failure to follow safety guidelines.

Cancellations & Refunds

Gift Orders

No refunds are offered once an order has been prepared or shipped.

Requests for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Rental Bookings

Deposits are non-refundable.

Rental cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking.

Shipping

Shipping charges for gift bundles and individual little luxuries are calculated and paid by the customer at checkout.

Orders will be prepared and shipped within the processing timeframe stated on the website or product listing. Once an order has shipped, carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Rooted Little Luxuries is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If we are unable to ship an order within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Brand & Product Disclaimer

Rooted Little Luxuries curates products from a variety of trusted makers and suppliers. Brand names, if shown, belong to their respective owners. Rooted Little Luxuries is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands unless specifically stated.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, graphics, and written content associated with Rooted Little Luxuries are the property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from or booking with Rooted Little Luxuries, customers agree that the business shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or accidents arising from misuse of products or rental equipment.

Customers assume full responsibility for safe use and supervision during all rental periods.

Faith-Based Mission

Rooted Little Luxuries was created to celebrate motherhood, childhood, and life’s meaningful moments through intentional, grace-filled experiences. We reserve the right to respectfully decline services or requests that do not align with our business values and mission.
